Colonial Estates is a 184-site manufactured housing park for ages 55+. Colonial Estates was first opened in 1978 and is part of the DeTray’s Family Enterprises, a family with a reputation for quality, service and care in retirement housing.

Residents lease lot sites for their primary residence. To help maintain the aesthetics and livability of the park, no rentals or non-owner-occupied homes are allowed.

Colonial Estates is located off Fones Road and 14th Avenue in Olympia, Washington. We’re just a quick hop to shopping, dining and world-class healthcare services, while still being just off the “beaten-path” enough to provide serenity and security. Directly across the street is 14 miles of the Chehalis Western Trail.
