There are numerous events and activities that are planned each month for the residents at our club house and elsewhere.

The Colonial Estates are located across the street from the Chambers Lake Trailhead and boat launch. It is a beautiful, flat walking spot for our residents, their pets and those with bikes, scooters and wheelchairs who also want some fresh air.  Chambers Lake walking path can easily take you into town where you will find Fred Meyer, Target and restaurants.  If you enjoy casting a pole, the lake has naturally reproducing large mouth bass, yellow perch, brown bullhead catfish, and stocked channel catfish.

The Chehalis Western Trail is the longest shared-use path in the region. Spanning 22 miles through residential areas and farmlands. The trail offers residents and neighbors a long walk or a short stroll to a bench for bird watching.  Once the main railroad line in the area, it is now a favorite spot for people of all ages and interests.
