One affordable monthly fee covers many utilities and gives you access to the wonderful amenities of the community. Chief among them is use of the 4,500 square foot clubhouse which contains an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, community kitchen, meeting space and billiard tables

Your Monthly Fee Covers the Site Lease Plus:

  • Hired security patrols 3-4 times daily
  • Cable TV
  • City water
  • Municpal sewer

  • Trash or recycling weekly

  • Stormwater fees
  • Clubhouse grounds maintenence
  • Street sweeping and plow as needed
  • Use of the clubhouse
  • Use of the indoor, heated pool
  • Access to meals right next door in the Colonial Inn dining room
  • Community activities as published in the monthly residents’ calendar
  • Access to group transportation and events using the Colonial Inn bus
  • RV storage area with electrical hook-up available for a small monthly fee
